Dragon fruit is a tropical fruit native to Mexico and Central America. This fruit named as Pitaya and commonly known in English as "dragon fruit". This name used since around 1963. Its taste is like a combination of a kiwi and a pear.
The fruit's texture is sometimes likened to that of the kiwifruit because of its black, crunchy seeds. The seed oil contains the fatty acids, linoleic acid and linolenic acid.
What we need:
- Banana cut in small pieces
- 1 full dragon fruit
- 1 glass of milk (250ml)
- 4 ½ glass of water
- 3 spoonfuls of sugar (Optional)
- 2 mint flower (Optional)
How to Prepare:
1.Slice banana
2.Slice dragon fruit
3.Put slices into the blender
4.Pour a glass of milk (250ml) into a blender and add 3 spoons of sugar.
5.Blend till it turns smooth. (If it appears thick, add water or more milk).
6.Pour it in a glass.
7. Top up with mint leaves to give its final touches
